We focus on the Synthesis Technology for Energy Materials .
We have developed g-C3N4, black phosphorus, and metal oxide systems for visible-light-driven photocatalytic applications in water splitting, CO2 reduction, and organic transformation. Special focus is on how the changes in structure could influence their physicochemical properties and photocatalytic activities.
We have published 240+ peer-reviewed papers and them are published on ACS Nano, Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Sci. Adv., Ind. Eng. Chem. Res.. Among them, there are 22 papers with IF>10, 31 papers have been selected as ESI highly cited papers, and 10 papers have been selected as ESI hot papers. We have applied for 30+ domestic and foreign patents, and authorized 10+ Chinese invention patents.

A PhD or equivalent degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, Biology, Bioengineering, or other relevant disciplines; An outstanding PhD/postdoctoral research fellow (with priority to an applicant from Top 200 colleges & universities in the world), or an assistant professor (or the equivalent) or above in a renowned college or university.
With outstanding science or engineering background and exceptional research accomplishment equivalent to or higher than the level that needed to compete for the “1000 Young Talent” program;

Supporting Policies
1. The invited talents shall be given prioritizedrecommendation in applying for Jiangsu Innovative and Entrepreneurial TalentsRecruitment Project. A selected talent each shall be offered an innovative andentrepreneurial fund that will add up to RMB 500,000, RMB 1,000,000, RMB3,000,000 or RMB 5,000,000, respectively, in three years to come.
